The Problem We Are Solving

Q: Will my employ­er know the results of my risk assess­ment?
No, they will not know any­thing about you indi­vid­u­al­ly or specif­i­cal­ly. This infor­ma­tion remains pri­vate and con­fi­den­tial. The only infor­ma­tion the employ­er will receive is a com­pos­ite heat map of gen­er­al infor­ma­tion of all employ­ees, but every­thing is de-iden­ti­­fied.

Q: Who can access my health­care infor­ma­tion
The only peo­ple who can access your health data are the peo­ple you per­son­al­ly des­ig­nate to receive this access. You can adjust this access any­time you wish.

Q: Is this infor­ma­tion portable?
Yes. Your health­care data belongs to you. Using the mobile appli­ca­tion you can take your infor­ma­tion any­where you wish and share it with a unique QR code

Q: What does the care team do for you?
Your care team is a list of all of your cur­rent doc­tors and/or doc­tors that are rec­om­mend­ed based on your con­di­tions for you to have. They have the abil­i­ty to access your records and can com­mu­ni­cate with oth­er mem­bers of your care team to give you the best care pos­si­ble.
